About Thomas Odermatt

Growing up in a butcher shop in the SwissAlps,Thomas Odermatt followed family tradition becoming a Metzgermeister, Master Butcher. After moving to San Francisco, he created the first gourmet street-food truck in America. 

The same passion for tradition goes into every bottle, by sourcing only from trusted family farms, creating a nutritious blend of protein, amino acids, and glucosamine by roasting, then simmering for 24hrs for the most flavorful broth.
